White label SEO questions, answered.

Everything agencies ask before handing over a client: confidentiality, legal commitments, pricing, payments, cancellation and results.

White label SEO basics

What is white label SEO?

White label SEO is when an agency sells SEO services to its clients under its own brand while a specialist partner does the work behind the scenes. The agency keeps the client relationship, the pricing and the margin.

What is the difference between white label and private label SEO?

The terms are used interchangeably. Both mean the SEO work is branded as yours. Some providers use private label to describe reports with your logo and domain; here, every deliverable and report is branded as your agency.

Who is white label SEO for?

Marketing, web design and advertising agencies that sell SEO but do not want to hire, train and manage an in-house SEO team, or that need senior capacity for overflow work and complex accounts.

Is white label SEO ethical?

Yes. It is a standard subcontracting model, like a law firm working with an outside specialist. Your agency remains responsible to the client, and the work follows Google Search Essentials.

Why nearshore instead of offshore?

Colombia shares US business hours (UTC-5), so questions get answered the same day and calls happen in your working hours. Offshore teams are often 9 to 11 hours ahead, which slows every feedback loop.

Working together

How do we get started?

We book a 30-minute call, sign a mutual NDA, you share access and your templates, and I deliver a pilot audit and plan for one client in about a week. From there we move to a monthly plan.

What access do you need?

Usually Google Search Console, GA4, Google Business Profile and the CMS, plus your preferred rank tracker if you have one. I only ask for the access each task requires.

Can you join client calls under our brand?

Yes, if you want. I can join as a member of your team using your agency email and signature. I never share my own brand on those calls.

Which platforms do you work on?

WordPress, Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce and custom sites. If your client uses a dealer platform or a closed CMS, I prepare the changes for their team.

How do we communicate, and how fast do you reply?

Slack, email, WhatsApp or video calls. I reply within one business day, and urgent issues the same day.

Who actually does the work?

I do. You work directly with a senior specialist, not an account manager passing tasks to a junior team.

Pricing and payments

How much does white label SEO cost?

My white label SEO plans cost $1,000, $1,750 or $2,500 per client per month, depending on scope. One-time projects start at $90 per page and dedicated hours are $25 per hour. Agencies usually resell at a 50% to 100% markup.

Can I resell at my own price?

Yes. You set the retail price, and I never share my prices with your clients.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Wire transfer, Global66 and PayPal. All invoices are in US dollars.

When are invoices due?

Monthly plans are invoiced in advance on the first business day of each month and are due within 7 days. One-time projects are billed 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Hourly work is billed with weekly time logs.

Who pays transfer and platform fees?

Each side covers its own bank fees. If you pay by PayPal, the PayPal fee is added to the invoice.

What happens if a payment is late?

I send a friendly reminder. If an invoice is more than 10 days overdue, work pauses until it is paid, and I let you know before that happens.

Contracts and cancellation

Is there a minimum contract?

No. Plans are month to month. Most agencies start with one pilot client.

How do I cancel?

Send a written notice by email with one month (30 days) in advance. There is no penalty. The notice month is billed and delivered as usual.

What happens after cancellation?

You receive a handover with all files, reports, logins created for the project and a summary of pending tasks. My access is removed on the last day.

Can I pause a client instead of cancelling?

Yes. A client plan can be paused with the same one month notice, and restarted whenever you are ready, subject to availability.

Do you offer refunds?

Work that has already been delivered is not refundable. If something is not up to standard, tell me and I will fix it at no extra cost.

Results and reporting

How long does SEO take to show results?

Technical fixes are usually visible within a few weeks. Ranking for competitive terms normally takes three to six months. I give you an honest estimate for each client after the audit.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No. Google itself warns against anyone who guarantees rankings. I commit to the work, the process and transparent reporting, not to positions I cannot control.

How do you report results?

Monthly reports with Search Console, GA4 and rank data, delivered in your template or a white-label Looker Studio dashboard with your logo.

Do you optimize for AI search like ChatGPT and AI Overviews?

Yes. AEO and GEO are included in the Growth and Scale plans, and available as a one-time audit or a monthly add-on.
