What is white label keyword research?
White label keyword research is the analysis of what a client's customers search for, done by a specialist and delivered to your agency in your own template. The result is not a long spreadsheet of keywords, but a plan: which searches matter, what intent sits behind each one and which page on the site should rank for it.
Good keyword research starts from the business. A plumbing company and a SaaS brand need very different keywords, even when the volumes look similar. I combine search volume and difficulty with intent, the type of pages Google already ranks, the questions people ask and the client's margins, so the plan focuses on searches that can turn into leads and sales.

Real experience behind this service
I run keyword research every week for US dealerships, e-commerce catalogs and service businesses, in English and Spanish. For a US business group I mapped keywords to more than 50,000 landing pages with programmatic and semantic SEO.
I also research my own markets: the keyword study behind this site showed that "SEO agency LATAM" has almost no search volume in the US, while "white label SEO" and "outsource SEO" do. That is exactly the kind of insight that changes a plan.
Tools I use
Keyword research mistakes I avoid
Chasing volume only
High-volume keywords often have the wrong intent or impossible competition. I weigh volume against intent, difficulty and business value.
One keyword per page
Modern pages rank for hundreds of related searches. I group keywords into clusters so each page covers a full topic.
Ignoring the SERP
If Google shows guides and you target it with a product page, it will not rank. I check what type of page wins before assigning a keyword.
No page assigned
A list of keywords without target pages never gets used. Every cluster in my research has an existing or new page.
Missing questions
People ask full questions in search and AI tools. I collect them for FAQs, articles and GEO work.
How white label delivery works
Everything I deliver for this service follows the same white label rules, written into the terms of service and a mutual NDA signed before any access is shared:
- Your brand only. Reports, audits and documents use your template and logo. My name never appears.
- No client contact. I only speak with your clients if you ask me to join a call as part of your team.
- No poaching. I never offer services to your clients, during our work or for 12 months after it ends.
- Your time zone. Colombia is on UTC-5, so your team gets same-day answers during US business hours.
- Simple terms. Month to month, one month notice to cancel, payments by wire transfer, Global66 or PayPal.
Frequently asked questions
How many keywords are included?
Up to 150 keywords in the standard project, grouped into clusters and mapped to pages. Larger sites are quoted separately.
Where do the search volumes come from?
From Semrush and Google Keyword Planner, checked against Search Console data when the client has it. Volumes are estimates, so I focus on relative opportunity.
Do you include local and Spanish keywords?
Yes. I research city-level keywords for local businesses and Spanish keywords for US Hispanic audiences.
Will the deliverable carry my agency's brand?
Yes. It is delivered in your template or a clean sheet with your logo.
Can this research be turned into content?
Yes. Each cluster can become a content brief or a finished page with my content writing service.
How is this different from a keyword list from a tool?
A tool gives raw keywords. I add intent, clustering, competitor context, business value and a page for each topic, so the list becomes a plan.
