White label on page SEO is the page-level work that tells Google and customers what each page is about, done by a specialist and delivered by your agency as its own. It is one of the core deliverables in our white label services, and it is often where a client sees the first movement.
What is white label on page SEO?
It is the optimization of individual pages on a client's site, such as titles, meta descriptions, headings, body copy, internal links, images and structured data, carried out by a specialist and presented by your agency under its own brand. The client sees your agency's name on the work, the change log and the report, never the partner's.
Google's Search Essentials lists the basics behind it: use the words people search for in prominent places such as the title and main heading, and in alt text and link text. On-page work applies that to each page, based on what the page's customers actually search.
What is included
Title tags
Unique, descriptive titles for each page, following Google's title link guidance.
Meta descriptions
Page-specific descriptions written to earn the click.
Headings and structure
One clear H1, logical H2s and answers placed where readers and AI tools find them.
Copy improvements
Gaps filled against the pages that rank, with the client's real details.
Internal links
Descriptive anchors that connect services, locations and guides.
Images
Alt text, file names and sizes that help both search and speed.
Schema
Structured data that matches the page: LocalBusiness, Service, Product, FAQ where valid.
Change log
Before and after for every page, in your template.
How do you decide what to change on a page?
We start from the search, not the page. For each target page we check what the top results cover, what the client's customers ask and what the page is missing, then fix the elements Google documents: the title, the main heading, the copy, internal links and markup. Every change is tied to a keyword and a reason.
Google's own guidance shapes the details. Titles should be unique, descriptive and concise, without keyword stuffing or boilerplate that changes by one word, per its guide to title links. Snippets come mainly from page content, and meta descriptions should differ page by page, per its guide to snippets. Anchor text should be descriptive and natural, per its link best practices. Its SEO Starter Guide also notes that Google Search does not use the keywords meta tag, so we do not bill for it.
Which agency clients need it most
- Service businesses with thin service pages: one paragraph per service, no prices, no process, no proof. Usually the fastest wins.
- Multi-location brands: location pages that repeat the same text with a new city name. We add the local details that make each page worth indexing.
- Sites after a redesign: new templates that dropped headings, alt text or internal links the old site had.
- Pages stuck on page two: pages Google already considers relevant, where better titles, headings and copy often close the gap.
If the client's issues are deeper than the page, such as indexation or speed, we flag them in the first report and route them to technical work, so you are not paying for on-page edits on pages Google cannot reach.
On-page, technical and content: who does what
| Work | Covered here | Where it lives |
|---|---|---|
| Titles, descriptions, headings, internal links, alt text | Yes | This service |
| Rewriting or adding copy on existing pages | Yes, focused edits | This service |
| New service, location or product pages | No | Content writing |
| Indexation, redirects, speed, crawl issues | No | Technical SEO |
| URL changes and redirects | Planned together | SEO-friendly URLs guide |
How much does white label on page SEO cost?
On-page optimization is included in every monthly plan: up to 8 pages a month in Essential at $1,000 per client, up to 20 pages in Growth at $1,750 and in Scale at $2,500. Work outside a plan runs at $25 per hour with weekly time logs. New page copy is priced separately as content.
All plan details and one-time projects are on the pricing page. Copy for a new service or location page is $90 per page through white label content writing.
How it works
- Page priority list. We rank the client's pages by business value and opportunity, usually starting with services and locations.
- Keyword and intent per page. One main search per page, so pages do not compete with each other.
- Recommendations or direct edits. We edit in the CMS with user access, or send a sheet your team applies.
- Report under your brand. Changes, dates and the rankings and clicks of each optimized page.
For WordPress clients, our WordPress SEO checklist shows the checks we run on every template. On-page work is part of our white label SEO services; the full catalog is on the services page.
Frequently asked questions
Do you need CMS access?
Editor access is easiest. If the client prefers, we send recommendations and your team or theirs applies them.
Which pages do you optimize first?
The ones closest to revenue: services, locations, categories and the pages already ranking on page two.
Will you rewrite the whole page?
Only where needed. Most pages need focused edits; a full rewrite is quoted as content.
Does on-page SEO include schema?
Yes, where the markup matches what the page shows. Full-site schema is part of the Growth plan.
How soon do on-page changes show results?
It varies with how often Google recrawls the page and the competition. We report page-level changes monthly and do not guarantee rankings.
