This policy follows Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013 on personal data protection, and takes into account the rights granted by the GDPR and US state privacy laws.
2. Data I collect
- Contact data you send through the contact form, email, WhatsApp or Calendly: name, agency, email, website, phone and your message.
- Business data needed to invoice and deliver the services: company details and payment records.
- Technical data collected by the hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and performance, such as IP address and browser type.
- Analytics data collected with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4: pages visited, device, approximate location and actions such as form submissions or clicks to book a call. Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are not tracked unless they give consent. You can also opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
3. How I use it
- To reply to your inquiry and prepare proposals.
- To deliver the services, invoice and keep accounting records.
- To keep the website secure and working.
I never sell personal data and never use it for third-party advertising.
4. Client data processed for agencies
When I work on your clients' accounts, I act as a data processor on your behalf. I access their data only to deliver the agreed services, under the NDA, and delete or return it when the engagement ends, unless the law requires otherwise.
5. Service providers
I rely on trusted providers that process data on my behalf: Google Workspace (email and documents), Google Analytics and Tag Manager (analytics), Calendly (scheduling), Cloudflare (hosting and security), and Global66 and PayPal (payments). Some of them store data outside Colombia, with appropriate safeguards.
6. Retention
Inquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 12 months. Contract and invoicing records are kept for the period required by Colombian tax law.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, update, correct or delete your data, withdraw your consent, and ask how it has been used. Send your request to [email protected]; I reply within 15 business days. In Colombia you may also contact the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.
8. Security
Accounts are protected with two-factor authentication, access is limited to what each task needs, and credentials are never shared with third parties.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with its update date.
