The challenge
Small hotels pay a commission on every booking that comes through the big travel platforms. The owners wanted a website that could win more of those bookings directly: attractive enough to compete with the platforms, clear in both of Montreal's languages, and structured so Google and AI assistants understand exactly what the hotel offers.
What I built
- A French and English site with hreflang for fr-CA and en-CA.
- Hotel schema with star rating, price range, address and coordinates, plus FAQPage markup.
- Content that answers real guest questions: rooms, the neighbourhood and metro access, breakfast and bar, concierge, 48-hour guides, Montreal events and a monthly magazine.
- A cover video and a booking button in every section.
- Short, citable answers written so AI assistants can quote them.

The site is ready to launch. There are no traffic or booking figures yet, so none are shown here. This page will be updated with real data once it exists.
What it means for your agency
When a client needs a new website, the SEO work usually starts too late. I can design and build the site under your agency's brand, with bilingual hreflang, schema and AI-ready content in place before launch, so your team sells one project and keeps the SEO retainer that follows.
